Melvin A. Arquillo, Atty. Gregorio S. Albao and Atty. Renato Dela Cruz as name partners with several associate lawyers. The founder and original managing partner, Atty. Melvin A. Arquillo first ventured into the collection business in 1999 with the biggest telecommunication company in the Philippines as its first collection client. Last 2017, after almost 20 years of collection experience, Atty. Melvin Alcantara Arquillo decided to put up and organize a new company duly registered with the Security and Exchange Commission as ARQUILLO & ARQUILLO COLLECTIONS AND REMEDIATION SERVICES COMPANY LTD. (AACRS COMPANY LTD). It is an active member of Phil. Association of Collection Agencies Inc. also known as PACAI, a well-known collection agency organization in the Philippines.
